Diferença Hipotiroidismo e Tiroidite de Hashimoto. 🤔

🔷️ Hipotiroidismo é usado para definir o estado de alguém com baixos níveis de hormonas da tiroide.

As causas variam e geralmente estão relacionadas à própria glândula tiroide.

Dependendo da causa da tiroide subativa, a medicação pode ou não ser justificada.

O Hipotiroidismo pode ser um estado temporário e a resolução é possível se a causa inicial/raiz for corrigida.

🔶️A tiroidite de Hashimoto é uma doença autoimune, o que significa que o sistema imunológico está em constante defesa do nosso organismo e pode, como consequência, atingir a própria tiroide.

Anticorpos são criados e atacam a glândula tiroide dependendo da duração, o Hipotiroidismo pode-se desenvolver, mesmo de forma permanente.

As causas da autoimunidade são muito complexas, no entanto, abordar a causa raiz do desequilíbrio do sistema imunológico deve ser priorizado.

A medicação pode ou não ser justificada dependendo do funcionamento remanescente da glândula tiroide.

Todas as doenças autoimunes são ao longo da vida, no entanto, a remissão (pouco ou nenhum sintoma, melhores resultados analíticos) é possível.
