🥗 Consumir poucas calorias (o suficiente para manter o organismo bem, sem dietas restritivas e sem exageros, nem para mais, nem para menos);

🥦 Alimentação rica em frutas, verduras e legumes;

🏃🏽‍♀️ Ser fisicamente ativo (sendo que ser fisicamente ativo significa não ser sedentário, não obrigatoriamente frequentar um ginásio. Podem praticar: caminhadas, danças, bicicleta, usar as escadas sempre que possível, cuidar do jardim…) ;

🙏🏻 Ter fé. Buscam desenvolver a espiritualidade;

🚭 Não fumar;

🍺 Não beber bebidas alcoólicas;

🥢 Ter hábitos alimentares saudáveis (Escolhas alimentares que respeitem sua cultura, o meio-ambiente, evitando ao máximo os produtos ultra processados);

😃 Desenvolver uma postura otimista perante a vida e aos desafios do quotidiano (não valorizar os pequenos problemas e são gratos pelas conquistas diárias);

🧘🏻‍♀️ Investir no desenvolvimento de uma espiritualidade, altruísmo e respeito pelos demais;

✍🏻 Gerir o stresse, através de orientação profissional;

🩺 Fazer um acompanhamento periódico com profissionais de saúde (investir na prevenção e não esperar que a doença apareça);

🛌 Ter uma boa qualidade de sono diário.
